Training

 

We equip staff for lifelong learning in all seasons of a staff member’s journey with us. We provide life-on-life mentorship, training and member care support both onsite and through online platforms.

   

Pre-field:

In collaboration with staff all over the world, we introduce new staff to our values and strategies and prepare staff for a life of cross-cultural service. We help new staff assess their personal needs and recommend beneficial training for their particular passions.

 

On-going:

As staff progress through various seasons of ministry, we provide specialized training for staff to equip them in their local context.

 

Leadership:

We provide training and coaching to help those in leadership roles effectively guide their team as they work towards transformation.

 

Member Care:

Our staff live and work in stressful environments, co-suffering alongside neighbours who are impacted by a myriad of unjust systems. A flourishing life in Jesus involves being able to live in Creator’s presence, endure hardships, and bounce back from difficulties. Member Care journeys alongside our staff to provide individualized support not merely to help our staff survive, but to help develop a resilience that will learn from the challenges and ultimately equip them to thrive in their work.

 

Administration:

Our admin team provides the scaffolding for the organization. From bookkeeping to compliance issues, this team enables our staff to accomplish the work in the field.
